Tales of the Night Watchman: A Dream of Death is a five part Tales of the Night Watchman story I worked on during the height of the pandemic. I ended up contributing over 100 pages to the story, by far the longest project I’ve ever worked on. The story hasn’t been completely released, so to avoid spoilers, I’ll say that it features the return of an old nemesis and a lot of awesome giant brain and robot fighting scenes.

Heart and Sin is a new story from the So What? Press crew, set in a near future science fiction cityscape. Lots of neo-noir style detective action, coupled with art deco tinged sci-fi environments and sexy trysts. Very different from most of the comics I’ve worked on in the past, but Dave Kelly writes great short stories and it’s been a blast to work on so far.

Dave Kelly and Dean Haspiel wrote a story for Savage Dragon featuring Red Hook and Luna, and I was lucky enough to do the pencils and inks for it. Super honored to work with characters like Savage Dragon and Red Hook, and I always love doing short stories like this. It was split into three parts, each four pages long, and published in Savage Dragon 259, 260, and 261.

Inktober drawings for 2020. Came up with my own prompt list this year, featuring 31 monsters from Dungeons and Dragons. This may have been my favorite list to work from since 2016 when I also did fictional creatures, it was very fun to wake up every day in October with a monster drawing to do.

My contribution to Adam McGovern’s glam rock themed comic anthology was this seven page short story from early 2020. Adam was great to work with, and this is one of very few stories I’ve done that was finished in greyscale, as opposed to full color or just black and white.

This Tales of the Night Watchman story is part of a series of six page shorts published in Park Slope Reader. In this story, Serena and the Night Watchman investigate reports that city workers are being consumed in the sewers below Brooklyn.

Inktober drawings for 2019. I had fun with Jake Parker’s prompts in 2018, and I think the drawings turned out better on my second run at the list.

This Ringo Award nominated Tales of the Night Watchman story is part of a series of six page shorts published in Park Slope Reader. This particular storyline is broken up into three parts, and chronicles the Night Watchman battling a banshee haunting the heating pipes of an old apartment building.

A crossover book featuring Red Hook, created by Dean Haspiel, and the Night Watchman. The story focuses on the history of superheroes and villains in Brooklyn.

An upcoming Tales of the Night Watchman story about a cannibalistic shapeshifter and its ruthless pursuit of a family through the generations. This is a companion story to The Alley With 1000 Eyes.

Inktober drawings for 2018. I was busy preparing for New York Comic Con and neglected to come up with my own theme, so I went with the official Inktober prompt list.

A Tales of the Night Watchman story involving a rescue and a Brooklyn alley haunted by an ancient monstrosity. Also threw in a color test I did for one of the pages.

A comic adaptation of the poem by Robert Service. It’s the story of a promise between two friends prospecting for gold in the Yukon.

Inktober drawings for 2017, this year I went with an animal theme to play around with textures.

This my 2016 round of Inktober drawings. As with 2015, I did an ink drawing for each day of October. For 2016, I made a list of 31 monsters, aliens, and generally scary stuff and worked through it over the course of the month.

During the summer of 2015 a friend of mine from SCAD, Steve Lane, contacted me about doing an image for his band's kick drum, as well as a promotional sticker.
